ABOUT

No No No is a customer service brand that helps users with unresolved complaints reach out to businesses for help. When a customer runs out of options and the business is unresponsive, No No No will reach out personally to them and will facilitate a meeting. More often than not, the customer is able to receive the help they need (or they receive a refund).

No No No has a very valuable service but was having trouble getting users to understand what they do. They spent a lot of time developing their SEO and as a result when a user would search for problem resolution for a specific company, No No No would be at the top of the list. They created specific pages for the biggest businesses they worked with.

I was tasked with redesigning their Walmart landing page so that users would follow through and use No No No's service.

As part of my research into how to fix this problem, I conducted user interviews with previous users to find out about their journey through the service and if what they got matched how the website sells itself. I also conducted some usability testings on the current design to see how they interacted with the design. Here were my findings:

The landing page does not do a great job of communicating No No No’s service.

The design of the business landing page is very confusing and doesn’t instill trust.

To address these issues, I designed a completely new business landing page with a clear understanding of the service and a professional look that is familiar to modern-day internet users.

To address the issues raised by the user interviews and usability tests, I created some sketches and a wireframe that helped users who landed on the page to fully understand what No No No does and why you can trust their service.

I started with a header that embraces the SEO strategy that No No No uses and added CTAs that clearly state this is a complaint escalation service. For users who want more information there is a step-by-step process laid out with an emphasis on the guarantee to instill trust. Great customer reviews and a FAQ round out the page with more clarity on the service.

High Fidelity Prototype

After creating my high fidelity prototype I tested it with the same users and they felt that they had a better grasp on what No No No does and they felt that the updated design gave them more confidence that they weren't going to be scammed. I also tested the prototype against the current layout of No No No on potential users to see how they compare and all users agreed that the new update helped them to understand the service (and some even mentioned they were going to check it out!).

After creating my high fidelity prototype I tested it with the previously interviewed users to overwhelmingly positive reception! Every user appreciated the organization, the informative descriptions, and the assets being housed on the same page.
